For orders of Postcard Prints or Stickers:

• Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive after the initial ship date.
• For international orders, please allow for 4-8 weeks.

• No tracking is available on shipments of these items as this is what enables me to offer free shipping. Please keep an eye out for a black 5x7" envelope!

For orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or First Class International:

• After the initial ship date your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
• For international orders, please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.

If normal delivery time has been exceeded, please email me at maddestmao@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

If your order arrives in the destination country and appears to be stuck (no movement for 5-7 days), it's probably being held up in customs and you may have to take action.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact customs to clear the package and pay any required fees.

• Look around the area, postal workers will sometimes place packages out of sight to prevent theft.
• Check with your neighbors, packages are occasionally delivered to the wrong house number.
• Ask a member of your household if they have seen it.

No, I don't accept returns or exchanges, all purchases are considered to be final.

At the moment I'm not taking on custom prints - however you can check out powotato on Etsy, they take custom orders and do a great job!
